During winter,gloomy weather a lot of people have more cravings,especially toward rich ,high calorie foods.If you are no exception,here's a yummy solution from @healthymomsofie.
This pizza recipe is not only delicious but also very low in calories,vegan,gluten and soy free!

For the crust:
3 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
2 and 1/2 Cups Warm Water
2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 and 1/2 Tbls Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
In a large bowl,mix the flour,baking powder and salt.Add olive oil and water.Mix well until dough is even .Cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
For the Topping:
2 Cups Pizza Sauce (or tomato sauce)
Beyond Meat Sausages (4 are enough for two pizzas),chopped
1 Cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
5-6 Slices Vegan Gouda Cheese (We used Follow your Heart)
Herbs de Provence
In a nonstick skillet place the Beyond Meat Sausages sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.Cook for about 5 minutes.
Pre heat the oven to 375 .
Once 30 minutes have passed divide the dough into 2 (It will be enough for two medium pizzas or a large one).Shape one of the halves into a ball and with a rolling pin shape it into a round or a square. You can do this on a surface and then transfer the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on a baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce first ,then the Gouda slices,sausages and artichoke hearts.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
